The "I am Human" pin nods to the 60's while reflecting the current wave of struggle to make #BlackLivesMatter. While participation in the 60's movement was predominantly confined to black communities, today it is diverse, intersectional and beautiful; it includes the struggle for black trans lives and is widespread among people who aren't black. We are all human- regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or ethnic background. In order to win, we must unite and stand for the liberation of all humanity- whoever you are this is your fight. Period.
